Cancellation Policy
As a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our business. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations or changes must always be made both by phone and in writing. We ask that you first notify us by phone and then confirm this in writing via email.
Direct Bookings
For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, cancellation fees apply immediately:
Until 14 days before arrival: free of charge
Between 14 days and arrival, the full amount will be converted into a voucher that you can use to make a booking at a later date.
Changing Direct Bookings
If you wish to change your booking and the new date is more expensive than the original booking, we will charge you the difference.
Subject to availability. Cancellation fees also apply.
No-Show
If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation will be automatically canceled and charged to you.
If you do not check in on the arrival date but proceed with your travel plans, please urgently contact us to keep the room reserved for you for the rest of your stay. Otherwise, as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be possible.
No-show costs are non-refundable.
Early Departure
If the stay is shortened or canceled after check-in, our cancellation policy applies, which is 100% of the total amount.
