House Rules

In the following regulations, you will find the most important house rules that apply within our hotel. We ask that you respect and adhere to these rules.

Upon check-in, a valid ID must be presented per room. The primary booker of the reservation must be 18 years or older.

It is not permitted to have more people present than the number for which the reservation was made. Visitors must show ID at the reception.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in all rooms. Violations will result in a fine of €250.00. Smoking is allowed on the terraces of the room and the terrace of the breakfast area.

Candles are not allowed in the rooms due to fire safety concerns.

You will be held liable for the cost of any damage to Hotel Hallensis property.

Emergency exits must not be used unless there is an actual emergency.

The use and/or trafficking of drugs is not permitted. Violations will result in immediate removal from the hotel without refund.

Please avoid causing disturbances within and around the hotel through loud music, inappropriate behavior, or any other noise. If this occurs, access to the hotel will be denied, and no refund will be given.

We respect your privacy, but we do have the authority to enter your room in case of non-compliance with our house rules.

Hotel Hallensis is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings. Any items left behind in the room are at your own risk.

Verbal and/or physical violence will not be tolerated.

We have a zero-tolerance policy. This means that if you do not comply with our house rules, no warning will be given, and you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. No refund will be provided, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
