If you still cannot come due to circumstances the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Until 14 days before arrival: free of charge ((We will refund the full amount to your account))
• Should you have to cancel last minute (14 days before arrival) the full amount will be converted into a voucher which you can use to book a stay at a later date.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
