In the Pajottenland, more specifically in the Zenne Valley, Lambiek and Geuze are ubiquitous. To make the sour taste of Geuze or Lambiek a bit sweeter, a 'lambikstoemper' was traditionally used to crumble a sugar cube into the glass.
